Free UK Delivery

Moxi Prints are delivered in a rigid postal tube, rolled and unframed. 

Moxi Tees are delivered in a flat wrapper, so a single tee should fit through your door! 

Shipping is with the Royal Mail and tracked deliveries to the UK generally take 3-4 working days, but can take a day or 2 longer depending on the product and production time. 

Returns

All Moxi products are made to order and as such we're unfortunately not in a position to return products if you change your mind.

Moxi is a new small business so please make sure you're happy  before purchasing. Feel free to get in touch with any questions before making your decision to buy. 

However, there is a 14 day return policy if the item arrived damaged and you have a right to return your product within 14 days of the date you took receipt of the order. The item/s returned must be in their original condition and the goods are your responsibility until they reach MoxiArtwork. 

If there is something wrong with your product when it arrives, please take a picture and get in touch within 14 days.

If the return is accepted, you'll be reimbursed minus the delivery costs which we’re not able to refund. 

Refunds will be processed no later than 14 days after the day the item is returned. 

As we are not able to offer a free returns service, we would advise on using a recorded delivery to return the goods.  We cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed in transit on the way back to MoxiArtwork.
